machine is a rotary-type fully automatic digital printer. It adopts PLC and 2 touch screens to compile action programs, making operation convenient and simple. It uses C/M/Y/K+W LED inks and supports CMYK+W 5-color printing, CMYK 4-color printing, and solid-color printing. It is suitable for workpieces with a minimum printing diameter of φ60MM and a maximum of φ120MM, with a maximum printing width of 200MM. The printing speed can reach 180-360 pieces per hour (depending on product conditions). The process integrates pre-printing 3KW corona treatment. The electrical parameters of the equipment are AC220V 50/60Hz 3KW, working air pressure 0.5-0.7MPa, gross weight 1200KG, and machine dimensions 1350×1650×2000MM. It is an efficient, stable, and easy-to-operate automated multi-color printing device.
